An Leroy watch is a timeless object of exceptional quality whose life cannot be considered on the same scale as that of an ordinary consumer product. For this reason, we offer a repair guarantee with no time limit for each piece produced by our company since 2010.
This means that for any fault detected after the first phase of this guarantee, we undertake to return your precious watch to a state of working order. Supplies, parts and labour are invoiced according to the estimate drawn up by the Leroy authorised specialist dealer or by an approved after-sales service centre following the client’s written agreement.
As for pieces produced by the company from 1785 to 2010, our repair and clockmaking centre in Besançon, France, is at your service to deal with requests and provide estimates.
