Certificates & guarantees

The first phase of this guarantee takes effect from the date of purchase of your watch and has a two-year duration (testified by the stamp and signature of the Leroy authorised dealer). It covers all faults relating to manufacture, materials, water resistance (within the limits indicated in the user guide supplied with the model) and operation. The following cases are excluded from the first phase of guarantee: normal wear (scratches on the case and wear to the leather strap), breakage of the watch glass (front and back), damage caused by accidents, incorrect operations (see model User Manual) and damage as a result of intervention by third parties not authorised by Leroy

In order to take advantage of the services provided by the first phase of the international guarantee, you will need to provide a certificate of authenticity, stating the date of purchase, the number of the piece, and the stamp and signature of the Leroy authorised dealer. In all cases, consult an Leroy authorised specialist dealer or an approved after-sales service centre.
