Advice for the use and care of a mechanical timepiece
Exposure to strong magnetic fields can result in your watch running fast, thus displaying a time ahead of real time, or causing your watch to stop. In the vast majority of cases where the watch is the subject of such exposure, no irreversible damage is done. Simply demagnetise the timepiece and it will function normally again. In all cases, consult an Leroy authorised specialist dealer or an approved after-sales service centre.
